Fancy Referral Program Terms
fancy referral program terms effective date \[11 12 2025] 1\ overview the fancy referral program (“program”) allows eligible users (“referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new users (“referees”) to fancy rewards are issued when the referred user successfully completes onboarding requirements, as described below 2\ referral rewards reward amount $10 for the referrer and $10 for the referee per successful referral annual cap a referrer may earn a maximum of 25 successful referral rewards (up to $250 per calendar year) reward form rewards are credited to the user’s fancy account or issued in an equivalent form at fancy’s discretion rewards have no cash value and are non transferable settlement period rewards are first marked as pending and will become settled approximately 7 days after both parties complete the onboarding steps, subject to verification 3\ eligibility the referrer must have an active fancy account that has been open for at least 7 days the referee must be a new fancy user who is actively leasing a property self referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent behavior (including multiple referrals within a short period or shared contact information) are prohibited fancy reserves the right to deny or revoke rewards if suspicious activity or ineligibility is detected 4\ onboarding completion referral rewards are issued only after the referee completes all onboarding steps sign up using a valid referral code or link provide property or lease information through the fancy platform connect a verified plaid account once these steps are completed and verified, both users’ rewards will transition from pending to settled after the 7 day period 5\ program modifications and termination fancy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice fancy’s determination regarding eligibility and reward issuance is final 6\ acceptance of terms participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these referral program terms, as well as fancy’s \[terms of service] and \[privacy policy]
